In todays edition of Portfolio Analysis we are going to review Standard and Poor’s 2020 SPIVA scorecard to see how active managed funds performed compared to passively managed index funds in 2020. Then later we’ll discuss US treasury bonds and I’ll try to make the case that every balanced portfolio should have at least some US treasuries.
